Steeds meer werkgevers kijken daarom over de grens en willen <strong>personeel uit het buitenland<\/strong> in dienst nemen. Maar mag dat zomaar? En welke route past bij jouw vacature? In deze gids zetten we de regels voor 2026 helder op een rij.<\/p>\n<h2>Personeel uit het buitenland: deze regels gelden<\/h2>\n<p>Voor werknemers uit de EU, de EER en Zwitserland geldt vrij verkeer. Zij mogen zonder vergunning bij je aan de slag. Voor talent van buiten de EU ligt dat anders. Dan heb je meestal een van deze routes nodig:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>De kennismigrantenregeling<\/strong> \u2013 voor hoogopgeleide professionals met een salaris boven het normbedrag. De IND beslist vaak binnen twee tot vier weken. Bovendien is er geen arbeidsmarkttoets nodig. Check wel eerst het <a href=\"\/nl\/salariscriterium-kennismigrant-2026\/\">salariscriterium voor 2026<\/a>. Voldoet het salaris niet, dan wijst de IND de aanvraag af.<\/p>\n<h2>Extra voordeel bij werving uit Turkije<\/h2>\n<p>Haal je personeel uit het buitenland via Turkije? Dan profiteer je van het Associatieverdrag tussen de EU en Turkije. Daardoor hoef je als werkgever geen erkend referent te zijn. Dat scheelt duizenden euro&#8217;s aan leges \u00e9n weken doorlooptijd. Onze <a href=\"\/nl\/bekijk-onze-kandidaten\/\">kandidatenpool<\/a> staat vol gescreende ingenieurs, IT&#8217;ers en technici die direct beschikbaar zijn.<\/p>\n<h2>Stappenplan in het kort<\/h2>\n<p>Zo neem je in vijf stappen personeel uit het buitenland aan. Eerst bepaal je de functie-eisen en het salaris. Vervolgens werf en screen je kandidaten. Daarna dien je de IND-aanvraag in. Aansluitend regel je huisvesting en de aankomst.
